A Note from the Principal

What an incredible first week of school! Walking through classrooms, hallways, and the playground, I saw so many smiles, so much learning, and countless moments of kindness. Together, we are living out our theme ELEVATE: Rise Above, Reach Higher. Our students are showing what it means to reach higher each day, and our staff is modeling what it looks like to rise above with teamwork and care. I am proud of our students, our teachers, and our families. Thank you for the trust you place in us. We’re off to a strong start. Let's keep this momentum going: continue supporting each other and striving for excellence every day! I look forward to all we will accomplish together this year. Go Dragons! 🐉🔥

🎉 Celebrations

✅ Successful Start: We had an amazing first week of school filled with learning, laughter, and connection.

🔥FIRE Expectations: Students are on FIRE! We’ve already seen so many examples of students being Friendly, showing Integrity, being Respectful, and giving Effort each day.

🍽️Teamwork at its best! Teachers and staff supported one another, adjusted quickly when needed, and made sure students had a smooth and positive start.

👩‍🏫Family Support. Thank you to our parents for sending in supplies, partnering with us, and encouraging students at home. You make all the difference.

🌟Safety Success. Students practiced our fire drill expectations beautifully, showing responsibility and care for each other.

- LiveSchool is our school-wide system where students earn points for positive behavior and effort, and parents can track progress and celebrate successes at home. More info coming soon!
- 📄 School Communication: Keep contact info updated to receive calls, texts, and emails. Return the Code of Civility Acknowledgment from Open House.
- Parent Involvement: Volunteer opportunities, PTA membership, and school events are great ways to get involved.
- PTA Thrift Store: Support our school. Donate to the PTA Thrift Store; every item helps raise funds for our students!
- Upcoming Events: Look out for important dates like picture day, field trips, and family nights.
