Sunday Sparks-September 14, 2025

• Students are off to a strong start with the EL Curriculum (K–5) and Into Literature (Grades 6–8), engaging in meaningful reading and discussion.

• Small groups in the ALL Block are already building confidence and providing great support for students.

• Students and staff celebrated AVID Day, showing spirit by dressing to represent their favorite college, business, or school.

• The Bonlee Beta Club was recognized as a National School of Distinction—a significant honor for our students and advisors.

• Bonlee now has a soccer composite team—we’re excited to see our students shine on the field! ⚽

• Morning Carpool Reminder – Please drive all the way down the sidewalk in the morning before stopping. This helps us keep traffic flowing smoothly and safely for all students.

• Rent the Bonlee Rock! – Do you have a message you’d love for the school and community to see? For $25, you can rent the Bonlee Rock for one week (Sunday to Sunday). • Parent Involvement – There are many ways to get involved at Bonlee! Volunteer opportunities, PTA membership, and school events are great ways to connect. New volunteers should complete the online application. Click Here to access the volunteer application.

• “Submit a Story” – Families can now submit stories for possible feature on the CCS homepage! Look for the new “Submit a Story” button on the district website.
